Sport.

Discipline. Determination. Dedication.

Playing sport at both a national and international level has taught me the importance of discipline, commitment and team work.

Australian National Ice Hockey Team

In 2011, I was a member of the Gold medal winning Australian team who competed in the IIHF u18 Group A, Division 3 World Championship held in Taipei, Taiwan.

In 2013, I was a member of the u20 National team that competed at the IIHF u20 Group B, Division 2 World Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia (ranked 4th).

Prior to being a member of the National u18 & u20 teams, I was a part of the Australian National Ice Hockey Development program from 2005-2012. During this time I participated in seven National Development Camps in Newcastle, N.S.W.

Canberra Knights Ice Hockey Team

In 2011 & 2013 I was a member of the Canberra Knights. The Canberra Knights competed in the Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL), the highest league in Australia. In 2013, I received the Canberra Knights’ Rookie of the Year Award.

A.C.T Ice Hockey

I competed for the A.C.T at a National level for ice hockey from 2003 - 2013. In 2010, I was awarded ‘Most Valuable Player in the A.C.T’ and in 2011 the ‘Most Valuable Player U18’. In 2011, I was both captain of the A.C.T and the Canberra Phoenix (who compete in the U18 N.S.W Premiere League). Competing at such a high level has taught me the importance of discipline, perfection and meticulous attention to detail.
